Apology to my other OSM membeeeers TT 3 TT This is Qian's Sakura Bowl Team Tournament reference, slightly edited from ~Marcks original design for her. (Added the jed, small ribbon at the back) AND- Qian is using Steel fan instead of paper fans now. (borrowed from ~ComiPa's Kami Kaze-Hime with golden permission!)
