I think it looks a little bit weird, because there is so much white space in the middle.

Maybe it would look better, if you added some irregularities to the snow. Maybe some very light shadow?

As it is now, your character seems to not fit into the picture, because he is surrounded by too much pure white.
Also his colours do not fit to the trees. They are kind of abstract, black and white, while you used more realistic gray scales and even colours for him.

Of course this is just my impression.

And I really like the trees.
They seem a little bit like they were roughly printed with ink.
